24 hours’ notice for prescription medications

In order to give us time to review your pet’s medical history to confirm medication accuracy, we have a 24-hour turnaround time for all prescription medication requests.

We thank you for your understanding. Your pets are very important to us! This will give our staff the time needed to confirm all prescription requests with our vets, and ensure all prescriptions are thoroughly checked and accurate.
