Pet Insurance
Under the new financial services act the Blythwood Veterinary Group has now been appointed as an Authorised Representative for Pet Plan. This means that our staff have been trained to provide you with up to date and accurate assistance with choosing the best Pet Plan policy for your pet and assisting you with the claims process. Unfortunately the new legislation procludes us from advising on insurance offered by other companies or assisting you with filling out and handling your claims.
We can still continue to complete the veterinary section for these claims, but the responsibility for returning them to the pet insurer now lies with the policy holder.
